Your information

Privacy Policy

The Cultural Fluency collects only the information needed to provide resources, respond to messages, manage mailing-list preferences, protect the website, and—when activated—support advertising.

Information we collect

  • Mailing list: your email address, the resource or list you joined, subscription status, and signup/update dates.
  • Contact inquiries: your name, return email, selected topic, subject, message, and submission date.
  • Coaching or member services: information you choose to provide through private tools, such as account details, responses, notes, bookings, or uploaded materials.
  • Technical information: hosting and security systems may process IP address, browser/device information, request details, and security logs needed to deliver and protect the website.
  • Advertising information: if you allow advertising cookies and AdSense is active, Google and its partners may process identifiers, cookies, IP address, device/browser data, ad interactions, and information about visits to this and other sites.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; maintain subscribed and unsubscribed records; send newsletters or resource updates to people who joined; provide requested workbooks, apps, coaching, or member services; secure and maintain the site; meet legal obligations; and, when enabled with permission, display and measure advertising.

We do not sell the names, inquiry contents, or mailing-list email addresses submitted directly through our forms.

Storage and security

Website records are kept in access-controlled hosted storage. Contact inquiry contents are encrypted by the application before they are stored. Mailing-list records are limited to the owner workspace and are protected by private access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We keep subscription records while a person remains subscribed and may retain an unsubscribed record so that the preference is honored. Other records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, security, disputes, or legal requirements.

Service providers and advertising partners

Information may be processed by companies that provide website hosting, storage, security, email delivery, or other services on our behalf. They receive only the information reasonably needed to provide their service.

If AdSense is activated, third-party vendors including Google may place or read cookies, use web beacons, or process IP addresses as a result of ad serving. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites. Learn more in Google’s advertising privacy information and manage personalized advertising in My Ad Center.

See the Cookie & Advertising Notice for the site’s choices and current cookie behavior.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Visitors may access the site from different countries, so information may be processed where the website’s service providers operate.

We may update this policy as the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published.
